Welcome
Hey, I’m Joe Carpita — I help organizations understand emerging change, envision alternative futures, and develop strategies that embrace ambiguity & mitigate risk.
About
My philosophy is that starting strategy with foresight helps organizations explore, imagine, and anticipate the future amidst the ambiguity. 75% of organizations are not prepared for the pace of change in and around their industry! Being prepared means systematically dissecting the forces of change; then constructing a panoply of potential futures, each scenario and innovation scrutinized through a relentless lens of ‘What if…?’ and ‘How might we…?’
Foresight allows organizations to go beyond strategy; it's a relentless pursuit of resiliency against exploration of the unknown.
